The hydrogel dressing and scar care dressing are easily applied by individual; they are all waterproof to protect wounds from getting wet during bathing or showering, this will reduce the risk of infection.
The healing process for C-section wound is divided to two stages, the 1st stage is to heal the wound, and the hydrogel dressing will hydrate the wound and absorb the extra fluid on the wound; as long as the wound is stopped draining, the healing goes to 2nd stage, scar care dressing at this stage will provide a downward force to the scar to reduce scarring and will not cause infiltration as the polyurethane substrate has highly breathability to allow air permeable.
